1. Service Terms

By booking or using any of our locksmith services, you agree to the following:

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to engage our services.
  • Service Scope: We provide locksmith services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, vehicle, and safe locksmith solutions, within Cape Town and surrounding areas.
  • Emergency Services: Our emergency locksmith services are available 24/7. While we strive to arrive as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on your location, traffic, and other factors.
  • Service Availability: All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service if we are unable to meet the request due to logistical, safety, or other concerns.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All service costs, including call-out fees and any additional charges for parts or labor, will be communicated upfront where possible. Prices may vary based on the complexity of the job and materials required.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit/credit card payments, EFT, and e-wallet options. Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional charges or refusal of future services until outstanding balances are cleared.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Guarantee and Warranty

  • Service Guarantee: We offer a 6-month guarantee on all services provided. If you encounter any issues with the work performed during this period, we will return to fix the problem at no additional cost.
  • Product Warranty: Any products or locks installed by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please review the specific warranty details for the products installed.

5. Liability

  • Damage Disclaimer: While our locksmiths are trained to use non-destructive techniques where possible, some situations may require drilling or other methods that could result in minor damage to doors, locks, or other property. 247 Swift Mobile Locksmith is not liable for any unavoidable damage incurred during these procedures.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of property or personal injury.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or technical failures.

6. Customer Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling or requesting a service.
  • Be present or have an authorized individual present at the service location to grant access and approve work completion.
  • Ensure that the area requiring locksmith services is safe and accessible for our technicians.
